Loved the doctor she was amazing made me feel very comfortable and the clinic is very clean and very cute

I am so glad I found Dr. Chinn, she is awesome. Her and her entire office treat you like a friend, not like a patient with a checkbook to rush along. We chit-chatted during my visit and it felt so comfortable to talk about my health issues. I am so glad I found a Dr that I feel really cares about me as a whole and not just the single issue being treated. I highly recommend Chinn GYN!!

I was so happy when I left my appointment with Dr. Chinn...I felt like she really listened, I wasn't rushed and my needs were validated. She truly wanted to help me.
I have several autoimmune issues, and other doctors I have seen in the past treated me like it was all in my head, or they had no idea how to treat my issues, or made me feel like I was exaggerating my awful symptoms. Dr. Chinn was empathetic and kind. For the first time in a long time, I have hope that I can get better.

Getting care from Chinn GYN is an experience like no other! The whole office is incredibly well thought out and they've thought of everything! Everyone is super friendly and quick to offer you a beverage of choice (coffee, sparkling or still water, tea, etc.) You don't wait long to see your provider at all! On my initial appointment, Dr. Chinn spent a good hour or so going over my health history and concerns. She is super personable and completely non-judgemental. She actually commits to getting down to the bottom of your concerns. My follow up appointment with her was also very thorough. Being able to have a Red Light therapy treatment after your appointment is also an amazing detail. They don't bill insurance, but Lexx and Shani are quick to offer you help with getting your services reimbursed. Sarah has been a great point of contact and follows up with you between appointments and is happy to help with anything. The whole team does an incredible job of making a normally dreadful doctor's visit extremely comfortable and relaxing. I am so thrilled with my experience at Chinn GYN, that I have switched to them for my primary care and travel all the way from Everett to Mount Vernon to see them.
